An online weekly mindfulness class for adults so you know the tools to feel relaxed, calm, centred and clear at this time.
Join the Mindfulness Class to Move Gracefully Through These Times.
This is a safe, non-judgmental place for you to come, learn and practice mindfulness techniques so you can feel calmer, more connected, peaceful and present with those you love during times of fear, discomfort, isolation and uncertainty.
Have these tools up your sleeve for when you need them.
During each class, you will learn and practice a range of formal and informal mindfulness and meditation techniques, and have the space to connect with like-minded people in a warm and friendly online environment.
You will have access to our Facebook group where you can share your experiences, connect with others who are practicing mindfulness too and ask any questions you have along the way.
All classes will be held via Zoom, an online video-conferencing program. If you haven't signed up to Zoom, it's free and easy to do online. Once you sign up to this course you will receive an email with all the details you need.
Classes alternate between Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesdays are at 11:30am AEDT and Thursdays are at 7:00pm AEDT. If you can't make the classes live, you will have access to download them and watch the replay in your own time.
